To our praying Fellowship Family:
Pakistan is in the news and our prayers since we have learned of the unprecedented attack of a Taliban terrorist organization against school children in Peshawar (pronounced Pish-OW’r).
Many of you, unfamiliar with the geography of the country, may be wondering about Murree Christian School (MCS) and about the safety of all our missionaries and partners in Pakistan. Emma Black who is a houseparent at MCS wrote the following to friends and family: “Since the news broke about the tragedy in Peshawar, I’ve heard from a lot of people wondering about the school and how we are doing in the wake of the news. Thank you for all your concern. Our school is safe and it hasn’t affected our school operations. Peshawar is located about 3 hours away from MCS, so we haven’t experienced any disruption. But our hearts are breaking for all the families that have lost children.”
Join your Fellowship International family of missionaries around the world and pray now and in your pulpits on Sunday for Pakistan.
With you in the grip of His grace for His glory,
Dave Marttunen, Fellowship International Director
